Release history
Everything Kazen has shipped, version by version.
v1.8.0
Current version 09/05/2026- New guide, in the menu of your account: it knows what you have already done and what you have not, and it explains step by step how to assign an activity, how to record a minute and everything an activity can hold.
- The minute templates screen now explains how to build the document, and hands you an example template with every marker already in place: put your letterhead on it and upload it.
- Template markers can be written in English as well: {{topic}} works the same as {{tema}}, and the help shows them in the language you are using.
v1.7.1
09/04/2026- We are working on more features.
v1.7.0
09/03/2026- Every space now has a report: how many boards there are, what each member is carrying and what is running late. Every number opens the detail behind it, and both tables export to CSV.
- Minutes can be downloaded in your own format: upload the Word document your team already uses, mark where each piece of data goes, and the content is poured into it — logo, header and footer stay exactly as they are.
- Boards can be handed over to someone else. The transfer is recorded, the previous owner keeps access as a member, and nobody who owns boards can be removed from the space until those boards are reassigned — none of their work is ever deleted.
- The boards of a space can be filtered by member, to see at a glance what each person is working on.
- Kanban cards now show the latest follow-up of the activity and its date, so you can tell what is moving without opening anything.
v1.6.0
08/06/2026- Follow-ups can now be edited: fix or expand what you wrote, and edited entries are marked so everyone knows.
- Activities can have sub-activities: break the work into smaller pieces that behave like full activities — and the board and list show which activity they belong to.
- Attachments now have a preview: images open right there in the activity, and PDFs and text files open in the browser, no need to download them first.
v1.5.1
08/02/2026- Meeting notes now save themselves: a short pause, leaving the field, or adding an agreement or commitment stores what you wrote — nothing gets lost if you forget to press Save.
v1.5.0
07/23/2026- Commitments are now trackable: every board, space and activity has a Commitments view that gathers what was promised in every minute — pending first, fulfilled at the end.
- Each commitment shows when it was made, who is responsible and which activity it came from, and can be checked off with an editable fulfillment date.
- Commitments converted into activities complete themselves: finishing the activity fulfills the commitment, reopening it brings it back to pending.
v1.4.0
07/20/2026- Minutes got better: take free-form meeting notes right in the minute (separate from agreements and commitments), and download the whole minute as a simple Word document — no logos, ready to share.
- Commitments can now be assigned to external people (a name, like external attendees), not only board members.
- Kazen is now part of the PROTOCOL_73 hub: one sign-in works across all the tools — sign in once and move between them without connecting your wallet again.
- The top bar is tidier: light/dark theme and language are now their own buttons, matching the rest of the platform.
- Safer account migration: when you move your account to another wallet, the destination is locked in at authorization — no one else can finish the migration to a different wallet.
v1.3.0
07/14/2026- Recycle bin everywhere: deleting is no longer final — activities, boards and spaces wait in a bin for 10 days, ready to be restored with everything they contain.
- Boards can be grouped by category within a space, with instant filter chips; label chips filter the kanban too.
- The List view is now a full workspace: edit column, assignee, dates, labels and custom fields right in the table — cells look like plain text until you click them.
- The fixed To do / In progress / Done columns can now be renamed per board (deleting them is still off the table).
- Make Kazen yours: pick your accent color in your profile — tabs, buttons and links follow it.
- Dashboard is now the first tab of every board, and board cards show who created them.
v1.2.0
07/13/2026- Every board now has a Dashboard tab: progress ring, weekly pace, workload per assignee, upcoming due dates and recent follow-ups.
- New Minutes button on each board, with the full list of its minutes and their agreements.
- Board actions are grouped in a compact menu that fits on mobile.
- Space and board cards show activity counts and progress at a glance.
v1.1.0
07/13/2026- Kazen now speaks English and Spanish: it detects your browser language and you can switch it anytime from the footer or your profile.
- Everything adapts to your language — including notifications, board columns and the activity history.
- New home page with a bolder hero and a cleaner, more useful footer.
- Space cards on the home page now show boards, members and activities at a glance.
- Notices now appear as floating toasts instead of a green band.
- Label suggestions no longer offer labels the activity already has.
v1.0.0
07/12/2026- First complete version: spaces, boards with List/Kanban/Gantt views, activities, follow-ups, minutes, teams and wallet sign-in.
